Resume Tip: When pursuing an extremely technical position (Dev, Engineering etc.) Emphasizing your Soft skills such as Communication and Leadership can help distinguish you. Naturally people have the impression that devs look to prioritize developing other skills. Use that info.
If you're out there job hunting, make sure you split your between:
1. Networking in events and coffee chats
2. Sending out applications based on job alerts
3. Improving your project(s)
4. Posting about it on LinkedIn
During the job hunt phase, the first two are top priority

A totally underrated place to look for companies who may be hiring is Crunchbase. Check out companies that recently raised a round of funding and look at their career page.
(A majority of companies don't post their roles on LinkedIn or other job boards - it's expensive)
Job description translation for rookies:
- "Fast paced environment" -> Understaffed, you'll work around the clock. Expect meetings outside working hours.
- "Our company is like a family" -> You'll be underpaid but you'll get free beer and pizza every now and then.
